Rates
$175 for a 50 min session.
Insurance
I operate on a private cash pay basis, and therefore an “out of network” provider. Depending on your insurance plan, you may be able to file for reimbursement from your insurance provider.
Payment
I accept cash, checks, HSA and all major credit cards as forms of payment due on day of session.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, you will need to notify me via email or phone at least 24 hours in advance of session. In the event of an emergency or illness, please notify me as soon as possible. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance may be billed at $175.00 per session missed.
Privacy Policy
The information disclosed by you is generally confidential and will not be released to any third party without written consent from you except where required by law. Exceptions to confidentially include, but are not limited to, situations where you pose a threat of harm to you or another person, cases involving suspected child, elder, or dependent abuse, and cases in which I’m court ordered to testify or produce records.
